Refund Policy

All reservations are to be guaranteed with a Credit card or advance payment or through company deposit, the hotel is authorized to charge no-show retentions or charges per reservation in case of non-arrival of the guest. Reservation can be canceled without any charge 48 Hours in advance of the check-in date unless specified differently in the standard reservation confirmation voucher issued by the hotel. Refund Will be done on the respective account or the card and It will take minimum of 15 bank working days. Certain reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable, in all such cases, a Credit card is charged at the time of booking/reservation. The entire stay amount including taxes will be charged in case of late cancellation or No show.
