This vibrant showcase, held at the hotel’s Kalavithika gallery in Golf City, Shaheed Path, featured the Nostalgia 0.25 series by young artist Sumit Kumar.
The event was inaugurated by Additional Chief Secretary Jitendra Kumar, who emphasized the importance of connecting with one’s cultural roots. “Only by connecting with our roots can our culture and nation be enriched,” he remarked, highlighting how Sumit Kumar’s evocative artworks transport viewers back to their childhood.
The exhibition was graced by prominent personalities, including Seema Gupta, Aditi Kumar, Sumit Kumar’s mentor Dr. Awadhesh Mishra, curator Dr. Leena Mishra, and coordinator Dr. Anita Verma. Each artwork in the exhibition beautifully depicted the legacy of ancestors, daily life, and cultural values.
