The Centrum, a premium 5-star hotel in Lucknow, is looking for a proactive Sales Manager with deep local market knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and targeting potential business opportunities, forging strong relationships, and driving revenue growth within the local market.

Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to attract corporate, leisure, and group bookings.
Build strong relationships with local businesses, corporates, travel agencies, and key decision-makers.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and create tailor-made offers to capitalize on them.
Drive the hotel's brand positioning and presence in the local market through networking and promotional activities.
Manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information about the hotel's amenities and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets by generating new leads and closing deals.

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 4-7 years in proactive sales, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of the local market in Lucknow is a must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
