Seventh Edition Of ‘Lucknow Run’ Held On 02 November 2025

The pride of Lucknow and one of the most sought after and renowned events of Lucknow city, the 'Lucknow Run' was successfully organized on 02 November 2025, at GD Goenka Public School located in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow.

The City Of Lucknow Runs Together To Celebrate Fitness, Community Spirit, And Healthy Living In The Half Marathon Organised By ‘The Centrum’

The pride of Lucknow and one of the most sought after and renowned events of Lucknow city, the ‘Lucknow Run’ was successfully organized on 02 November 2025, at GD Goenka Public School located in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. The organizer of this run is ‘The Centrum’ Lucknow.

The ‘Lucknow Run’ was organized in four categories; 21 km, 10 km, 05 km, and 03 km, where 21 km half marathon and 10 km run started at 05:45 am, 05 km and 03 km fun runs began at 07:00 am. 21km & 10km Run was flagged off by MLA Dr Rajeshwar Singh, Dr BR Hariharan along with the organizer of Lucknow Run Mr Sarvesh Goel. The 3 km and 5 km run was flagged off by international para-badminton player and Paralympics gold medalist IAS Shri Suhaas L.Y., IAS Shri Anil Kumar, IAS Shri Anil Sagar, IAS Smt. Ritu Suhaas, IPS Shri Naveen Arora, and RBI Regional Director Shri Pankaj Kumar.

On this occasion, MLC Shri Avnish Kumar Singh, IAS Shri Amrit Abhijat, IAS Shri Alok Kumar, IAS Shri Anurag Yadav, IAS Shri Anuj Jha, IAS Shri Ashwini Pandey, IPS Shri Santosh Mishra, Deputy Commandant CISF Shri Abhishek Ingle, along with several eminent and distinguished personalities of Lucknow city, principals and academicians from renowned schools of Lucknow, were present. They not only flagged off the run but also participated in it, encouraging and motivating the runners.

Like past years, this time too, distinguished runners from various states and cities across India, as well as from abroad, participated in the run. This year, international runners from several countries including Luxembourg, Ecuador, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, France, Russia, and Jamaica also took part in Lucknow Run 2025.

More than three thousand people including 1000+ students from Lucknow and many other schools of Uttar Pradesh participated in this run. ‘Lucknow Run’ also saw participation from Indian Army, Corporates, Reserve Bank of India, and many running groups and organizations. All the winners were presented the trophies by Mr Sarvesh Goel, Managing Partner ‘The Centrum’ Lucknow, & Chairman GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow. All the participants were also given medals and certificates.

The entire run was organised in the lush green surroundings of Sushant Golf City. It was a different experience to run among the greenery spread all around, in the pleasant weather of November morning. The winners of the ‘Lucknow Run’ Half Marathon 2025 are as follows: Sundar Singh in the male category and Aliette in the female category were declared winners in the 21 km run category. Krishn Singh Gurjar and Diana were the winners of the 10 km run category in male and female category respectively.
